Article 1 – Duration of the stay: The client signing this contract concluded for a specified period may under no circumstances claim any right to maintain the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 2 – Liability: the booking service that offers a customer services is the sole interlocutor of this customer and responds to him for the performance of the obligations arising from these terms of sale. The booking service can not be held responsible for fortuitous events, cases of force majeure or because of any person unrelated to the organization and conduct of the stay.

Article 3 – Swimming pool, landscaping and children: We remind parents, guardians or persons responsible responsible for children, that children are under their full responsibility.
Regarding the swimming pool an approved sign at the entrance of the water space is posted or it says “swimming unsupervised” in case of drowning or injured we inform our customers that we are not responsible because they had been informed when signing the general conditions of sale
In addition the duplexes of the Gauderie are located on a private property which means that from the moment the customer breaks the limit reserved for the enclosure duplex is entirely under the responsibility of the customer in case of accident.

Article 4 – Booking: the reservation becomes firm after the receipt of a deposit representing 30% of the price of the stay, the service charge and a copy of the contract of stay signed by the customer. Accepted methods of payment are: bank cards, transfer and cash.

Article 5 – Payment of the balance: the customer must pay the reservation service, the balance of the presentation agreed and remaining due, and this one month before the start of the stay. The payment methods remain the same as the reservation (article 4)
The customer who has not paid the balance at the agreed date is considered to have canceled his stay. From then on, the service is offered again for sale and no refund will be made.

Article 6 – Late registrations: In case of registration less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the full payment will be required upon booking.

Article 7 – Exchange voucher: As soon as the entire stay has been paid, the booking service sends the voucher to the customer, who must return it to the provider of his arrival or an acknowledgment of receipt.

Article 8 – Arrival: the client must appear on the specified day at the times mentioned on this contract or an acknowledgment of receipt.
In case of late or delayed arrival or hindsight from minutes, the customer must inform the owner or service provider whose address and telephone number appear on the voucher.

Article 9 – Cancellation by the customer and no show: Cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the booking service.
Cancellation until the 31st day included before the beginning of the stay i will be retained the amount of the deposit paid as defined in article 4.
Cancellation between the 21st and the 7th day included before the beginning of the stay it will be asked 60% of the amount of the rent and the services directly related to the stay, if the customer chose to benefit from it.
Cancellation between the 7th day and the date of arrival will be required 100% of the amount of rent and services directly related to the stay if the customer has chosen to benefit.

Article 10 – Cancellation by the owner: if the owner and brought to cancel his accommodation benefits all tenants will be notified by mail or mail and refunded his reservation in full.

Article 11 – Interruption of stay: In case of interruption of the stay by the customer there will be no refund.

Article 12 – Capacity: This contract is established for a rental of a duplex with a maximum capacity of people that can not be exceeded in any case. If the number of holidaymakers and exceeds the accommodation capacity the provider may refuse additional guests. If the number of people during the stay was to vary a visitor’s tax will be applied and to be paid.

Article 13 – Animals: Animals are not accepted

Article 14 – Assignment of the contract by the client: The buyer may assign his contract to a transferee who fulfills the same conditions as him to carry out the stay. In this case, the buyer is required to inform the booking service by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 7 days before the start of the stay.
The assignment of the contract must be done at cost price. The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable towards the seller for the payment of the balance of the price and for any additional costs occasioned by this transfer.

Article 15 – Inventory: For rentals an inventory is established in common and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative at the arrival and departure of the cottage. This inventory is the only reference in case of litigation concerning the inventory. The tenant is obliged to enjoy the rented property in good family era. The state of cleanliness of the cottage at the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the holidaymaker during the rental period and before departure. The amount of any cleaning fee is 70 € when it has not been done by the tenant.

Article 16 – Deposit: Upon arrival of the client in the rental, a deposit of 300 € for the duplex SHETLAND 4/6 people. 400 for duplex ALTAÏ, ANDALOU, FRISON, MORGAN, MUSTANG 6/8 persons and 600 euros for duplex ALEZAN 8/10 people. After the contradictory establishment of the inventory of outlets, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of restoration of the places if degradations were noted. In the event of early departure (before the hours mentioned on the descriptive card) preventing the establishment of the inventory of the places of exit the day even of the departure of the tenant, the deposit is returned by the owner within a time not exceeding not a week.

Article 17 – Supplementary Benefit: At the end of the stay, the client must pay to the owner or the representative
Any additional service requested by the client Durand his stay type (care, spa, shop …)
A detailed justification will be provided by the owner or representative.

Article 18 – Tourist tax: A tourist tax will be requested at the beginning to each tenant of an amount defined by the legislation in force and according to the duration of its stay.

Article 19 – Visitor: the domain of GAUDERIE is a private place for this reason all outside visitor must be announced at the reception, the visitors are under the responsibility of the tenants who receive them. A visitor fee will be applied for the use of structures and installation of an amount of 5 euros per day and per person.

Article 20 – Disputes: All claims relating to the inventory of fixtures and the state of the descriptions during a rental must be submitted to the booking service within a period of 3 days from the arrival of the client. All other complaints relating to the stay must be sent as soon as possible to the booking service by mail, the only one competent to issue a decision on disputes.
